Health & Social Care Training Consortium

Established in 2005, Health and Social Care Training Consortium provides high quality training for those working in the care sector in Scotland. We promote an environment where learning, training and advancement are of paramount importance and we do this to make certain people working within the social work sector are able to deliver the highest standard of care.

Our growing team of trainers take a modern and innovative approach to delivering training throughout Scotland and the UK.  We work in partnership with Skills Development Scotland, and have been successful in securing Modern Apprenticeships, Skillseekers and Training Contracts.

    N/SVQ’s reflect the skills, knowledge and understanding an individual possesses in their job role. They provide flexible and effective frameworks for employers to train their staff towards qualifications.

  • Leadership and Management
    HSC Training Consortium recognise the crucial role of effective leadership and management in delivering quality services and positive outcomes.

  • Health and Safety
    We offer an in-house and in centre training service to raise awareness and improve understanding about health and safety in the workplace.

  • Professional Development
    The PDA in Health & Social Care Supervision (SCQF Level 7) comprises of two Higher National units; Health and Social Care; Supervise People and Supervise the Protection of People.
